Each software product ships with a full EULA inside the install package (SETUP.txt and EULA.txt). The summary below covers the recurring terms; consult the in-product EULA for the binding text governing your specific purchase.
A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software on hardware controlled by your firm or business entity, at the location specified in the purchase. "Perpetual" means the license does not expire — but it also means the binary you receive is the binary you use; updates are available through the optional Updates & Support subscription.
One purchase covers one firm location (e.g., one office address). Multi-office deployments are sold as separate licenses. You may install on multiple machines within that location for the convenience of authorized users employed by your firm. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or make the software available as a service to third parties.
You don't receive the source code, the right to modify the binary, the right to reverse-engineer it (except as required by law), or the right to use our trademarks ("LexArbiter," "Data Engine," "Victorious by Rachael") in your own marketing without separate written permission.
If the software fails to perform as represented, contact contact@victoriousbyrachael.com. We will work to troubleshoot, update, or resolve. This guarantee does not create a refund obligation; see the Refund Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under any claim related to the software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or third-party claims. Use of the software is at your own risk; we do not warrant fitness for any specific purpose beyond what is described in the product documentation.
Our software helps you organize, process, and search documents — it does not provide legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice. Output is generated by the buyer's local AI model and is the buyer's responsibility to review. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of model output.
This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and destroy all copies of the software.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
