LexArbiter, Data Engine, and all other perpetual-license software products are final sale once a download link or encrypted USB has been delivered. This is standard practice for downloadable software — once a license key and binary have been issued, the product cannot be "returned."
What we offer instead is a working product. If you encounter any technical issue, integration problem, or the tool is not performing as expected, contact contact@victoriousbyrachael.com. We will work with you directly to troubleshoot, update, or resolve the issue. We stand by our products — and we will make it right.
For lower-priced digital templates and downloads (typically under $50), follow the refund policy of the specific platform you purchased from (Etsy, Payhip, or Gumroad). Their refund windows and procedures govern those purchases.
If a payment dispute is filed with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us directly, please be aware that we will provide your delivery records (the download link, license key issuance, and any support correspondence) as evidence. We would much rather solve the underlying issue than fight a chargeback. Please contact us first.
