This website itself collects only what is strictly necessary to function: standard server logs (timestamp, IP address, user-agent) for security and basic operations analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or behavioral profiling cookies on this site.
None of our desktop software products send telemetry, usage data, document contents, or any other information back to us. The software runs entirely on the buyer's own hardware. There is no cloud component, no "anonymous usage statistics" upload, and no auto-update license check. The binary on your computer is the binary you bought.
When you purchase a product directly through Stripe, Stripe collects standard payment information (card number, billing address, email). We receive a payment notification containing the purchaser's name, email, billing address, and any custom fields you filled in (e.g., firm name, delivery preference for LexArbiter). We store this in our local records for delivery, license tracking, and tax/legal compliance only.
When you purchase through Etsy, Payhip, or Gumroad, their respective privacy policies govern. We see only what those platforms forward to us (typically: order number, email, product purchased).
We do not sell, rent, or "share" customer data with marketing partners, data brokers, ad networks, or AI training datasets. Email addresses you provide are used solely to deliver your purchase, respond to support requests, and — only if you have explicitly opted in — send product update announcements. We use Stripe, Gmail, and standard payment-processing infrastructure to operate; their privacy policies govern those services.
You may request a copy of any data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your records (subject to legal retention requirements for tax and accounting). Write to contact@victoriousbyrachael.com.
Our products are intended for adult professional use. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under the age of 18.
